the organization, if the management give the chance to participate them for the
decision making process the employees will self-motivated and they tend to work

methods and ways to get the participation of the employees to the process of
the decision making.

industrial democracy. The meaning behind this was the employees should

can get the participation of the employee for the decision making process. This
will bring the positive benefits to the employees too; the employee
representative can address the needs and wants of the employees in front of the
management of the company therefore the needs and wants of the employees were
well protected.
Participation through Ownership
The other way of participating employees for the
process of decision-making is company can allow their employees to have equity
shares. So, then the employees can take part in the decision-making process.
Participation through Collective Bargaining
This refers to
the contribution of employees from side to side collective agreements and by
deciding and subsequent certain procedures and regulations. This is considering
as a perfect way to make sure workers participation in managerial processes. It
supposed to be well controlled or else each party tries to take a benefit of
the other.

Although we talk about this topic in general, most of the blue chip companies don't get their employees involve in decision making, what your opinion on this?
